Rupinder is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychiatric Nurse with experience in diverse psychiatric nursing roles spanning clinical, educational, and administrative settings. She is also a strong advocate for destigmatizing mental health.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Rupinder brings an anti-racism and social justice-oriented lens, which drives her to create a more inclusive and equitable society for all. Recognizing the intersectionality between mental health and social issues, she is determined to promote change and address the systemic barriers that hinder mental health support for marginalized communities.
