Kelsey has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SFU and a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute. Throughout her career, Kelsey has worked in a wide range of capacities, including human resources, project management, and non-profit governance. Her previous work with the City of Vancouver supported low barrier community centers in the DTES, including peer-based engagement campaigns and operational improvements. Kelsey is passionate about MPA’s mission and looks forward to supporting programs and members as an Operations Director.
