Raf brings over 25 years of in-depth Human Resources and leadership experience covering the full spectrum of employment, and additional experience in governance, compliance, facilities management, and administration to the board. His experience includes working for a non-profit organization, local government, university and teaching at BCIT. Raf holds a broad range of credentials, including a Master of Business Administration; certificates in HR, Adult Education, HR Law, Neuroscience; and LEAN Black Belt, MBTI, and CPHR designations. Raf has also successfully completed the executive Management and Leadership program from MIT. His interest in working with MPA and supporting its mission is shaped by his personal life, work experiences and strong belief in reducing the stigma of mental illness, reducing health inequities and in supporting inclusive communities for all.
