Chloe Strainge

Chloë has spent over two decades in corporate technology as a systems programmer, giving her a strong foundation in both technical problem-solving and organizational dynamics. More recently she has shifted toward independent work. She’s currently shopping her first novel around to literary agents. When she’s not writing she can be found crocheting, sewing, or deep in a video game.
Chloë brings to the board not just professional experience in HR and systems thinking, but genuine lived experience, including her experience as a trans woman living with mental health challenges. She believes that good governance means keeping the people an organization serves at the center of every decision. She believes that good governance means keeping the people an organization serves at the center of every decision, and she is committed to bringing that perspective to MPA’s work.

She is honoured to be considered for a place on the board of an organization whose values she lives every day.
