Maureen is retiring as an executive and strategist with a proven track record of tackling big and important challenges.  Experienced in turning strategy into action, Maureen can bring together diverse groups to get results.  Maureen recognizes the potential in people and organizations and works with them to achieve their goals.  Most recently, she works for BC Hydro planning the power system in British Columbia as the Executive Vice President of Integrated Planning.  Maureen has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.  Her capabilities include strategic planning, operations management, financial management, team leadership, performance improvement, and coaching.  She believes in honouring every person she speaks to.  She believes that people are creative, resourceful, and with the right support, they can achieve amazing outcomes.
