Sheh Shojaee is the founder of A Brave Thought, a boutique Leadership, Business & JEDIA Coaching & Consultancy practice, and a Keynote Speaker. Recognized as a Woman of Distinction by HRD Canada in 2023 for her work in the HR field and in her community, Sheh has a deep desire to challenge the status quo, dismantle stigmas, and create a more equitable future for all. Among her passions is helping emerging leaders and youth thrive. Her philanthropic efforts include serving on MPA Society’s Board of Directors, as a member of Immigrant Employment Council-BC’s Advisory Group, and Co-Chair of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade’s Scale-up Centre for Small and Medium Enterprises. Having overcome her own struggles with the intersectionality of diversity and mental health, it is her desire to serve and contribute to her community by aiding MPA Society in achieving their mission and long term success.
