Sheh Shojaee is CPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and the Director of Operations and Strategic HR at CPHR BC & Yukon. In her role, she helps accredit Post Secondary HR programs and facilitate the Association’s advocacy work. At the heart of Sheh’s HR philosophy is fostering a culture of optimism and resilience while managing organizational challenges and market shifts. She is a member of IEC-BC’s Employer Advisory Group as well as Co-Chair of the GVBOT’s Advisory Committee for the Scale-up Centre for Small and Medium Enterprises. Sheh is an advocate for normalizing equality, inclusivity and mental health and her passion is helping emerging leaders thrive. Having overcome her own struggles with the intersectionality of diversity and mental health, it is her desire to serve and contribute to her community by aiding MPA Society in achieving their mission and long term success.
