Tamarack House provides a foundation of support for residents to work on their self-directed goals in an environment of respect and empowerment. Faced with individual and unique challenges of living with mental illness, residents are encouraged to create their own paths to recovery.
Implementing the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation creates an environment that reduces stigma and labeling while addressing mental and physical issues facing the residents. In partnership with residents and community stakeholders; an environment of independence, strength and success is nurtured.
